How do we process the data?

We carry out processing manually and automatically using various applications and software, especially those that help us in our activities and without which we would not be able to do it.

Automated individual decision-making is data processing without direct human intervention that has significant consequences for you (eg failure to conclude a contract). Therefore only automatic means (applications, software, algorithms, etc.) are used. Profiling means automated processing of data to assess certain personal aspects of a person (work performance, economic situation, health, behavior, preference or tracking).

How can we disclose your data?

We do not disclose personal data to third-party recipients.

If we are involved in a reorganization, merger, acquisition or sale of our assets, your personal data may be transferred as part of that transaction. The same would apply if we were forced to make such changes in accordance with the law.

In certain instances, it may be necessary for us to disclose certain data to public authorities or as otherwise required by applicable laws that are binding for us.

What are your rights?

If we send commercial communications to you, you can always opt out of such communications through the link provided in our messages or by a direct request to our contact points.

Where requests we receive are manifestly unfounded or excessive, in particular because of their repetitive character, we may either: (a) charge a reasonable fee taking into account the administrative costs of providing the information or communication or taking the action requested; or (b) refuse to act on the request.
