Experience is the Consciousness of phenomena, which phenomena might take forms including sensing, observing, imagining, reflecting, considering, interpreting, evaluating, talking, learning, and others.

‍Experience is the criterion of Reality — the only medium through which Reality presents itself.

‍The Past and the Future appear, as memory or anticipation, only in the Present.

Thus, the Present contains and sustains all that is Real.

To experience a phenomenon is to recognise it, to allow it into your consciousness. In this way, Experience reflects Choice.
